ORDER STATUS

We currently ship orders on the following days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please allow 24 hours for processing before your order is shipped.


DFW LOCAL DELIVERY

Orders from customers within the Dallas-Fort Worth area, may select the option to have their order hand delivered. Confirmation for this selection will be sent after an order has been placed.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders under $100 will incur a flat $7.99 shipping fee. A shipping fee is waived (FREE) for all orders over $100.


RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of a product. Full refund will be issued for unopened and non-damaged products.

Opened products will be accepted for a refund, but the customer will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong item received.

If you are purchasing a fragrance without sampling beforehand, we recommend requesting a free sample of the fragrance. This is to avoid a possibility of the customer being dissatisfied with the product after opening the package.
